Welcome to the Computer Lab!
I attended St. Joseph`s College in Rensselaer, IN where I received my B.S. in Elementary Education with junior high endorsements in reading and social studies. I have taught 1st, 7th, and 8th grades at St. Joseph School in Manhattan, Illinois before taking a break to raise my two children. This is my third year at The Wheatlands, and I`m enjoying every minute of it!
I have been married to my husband, Brett, for 12 years. My two children, Emma and Aidan also attend The
Wheatlands in fifth and third grades. We enjoy taking vacations, bike riding, bowling, and board games.
In the computer lab, your students learn Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, FasttMath and Inspiration along with keyboarding. I have a new website set up that the students use regularly to sharpen skills they are learning in the classroom. Please have your student show you around our "virtual" classroom:
