Teacher Profile
My name is Barbara Richmond and I have been teaching for fourteen years. The last four of which have been at The Wheatlands. I currently live in Plainfield with my husband Tim and our two children Matthew and Marissa. Matthew is in fourth grade and Marissa is in first grade. I have a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Ed and a Masters of Arts degree in Teaching and Leadership both from St.Xavier University. In December of 2008, I earned a Masters of Reading Instruction degree from Aurora University. I am a certified reading specialist for grades K-12. I am looking forward to a fun and exciting year.
