Lisa Clark
Profile
This is my first year teaching at Traughber Junior High. I taught five years at a middle school and one year at a high school (both special education). I work with all grade levels, and teach Language Arts (8th grade), Reading (8th grade), Math (7th grade), World History (7th grade), and Resource (6th,7th, and 8th grade).
I graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2002 with a degree in Special Education. I went on to receive my masters degree from Dominican University in Literacy in 2006. Teaching is my passion, and my goal is to see all of my students succeed in all that they do.
I got married in June 2007. My husband and I are the proud owners of three pets (all rescued). We have two cats (Widget and Fiona) and one Shetland Sheepdog (Isabell). In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, scrapbooking, and watching Chicago sports (Bears, Cubs, Bulls, and Blackhawks).
