Pamela Sackmann
ProfileMrs. Sackmann earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Illinois, and began her teaching career with the Teachers for Chicago program. She taught at Horace Mann School in Chicago for two years, while completing her MS Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction at Chicago State University. She began teaching in Oswego at Boulder Hill Elementary School in 1997. She taught two years of fifth grade, and one year of second grade before accepting a sixth grade position at Thompson Junior High School. While at Thompson, she completed her doctoral work in Curriculum and Supervision at Northern Illinois University. She has taught math, social studies and language arts at Thompson, and currently teaches 6th grade language arts.
