Profile
I am happy to be back at Plank Junior High for my fourth year teaching Language Arts. I received my Masters in Education at Aurora University in 2004. Teaching has been a lifelong goal for me and I feel very fortunate that I was able to begin my career here in District 308. I previously worked in the legal profession, but chose to leave to raise my two daughters. I believe that my life experiences enhance my teaching abilities and add to the classroom environment. I am also one of the Cross Country and Track coaches here at Plank. Running has always been a big part of my life and I enjoy sharing it with our kids. I have competed in two marathons and various other distance races and triathlons.
I look forward to another great year here at Plank.
