I am looking forward to working with your children this year!  3rd grade is such a big step for children ---a year where they gain some independence, responsibility, and learn to be quite organized.  All of these are beneficial to their learning experience!

 

I`d like to share a little about myself.  I received my BA from North Central College and my MA from University of Illinois.  I taught in Oswego for 10 years, then subbed for 15 years while I stayed home with my own children (now 21, 19, 14).  I then returned to our district and have taught another 7 years at 3rd grade.  Old Post feels like home and staff, students, and parents are great to work with!
