Dan Okoren
Profile
Dan Okoren grew up in St. Charles, IL and graduated from St. Charles High School in 1998. After obtaining his Bachelor`s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University, he student taught at Oswego High School in order to become endorsed to teach in the area of Family Consumer Science. Upon receiving his IL Type 09 teaching certificate, he stayed on at OHS where he headed up the Restaurant Management program from 2003 to 2007. In August of 2007, he obtained his Master`s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Saint Francis which has lead to his current position as the Division Chairperson of Career and Technical Education.
