Professional Preparation

Eastern Illinois University, B.A. Special Education, L.D., E.D., May 1998

Experience

After graduating from Eastern Illinois University I began my teaching career in Morris, IL teaching for the Grundy County Special Education Cooperative for four years.  I then moved to Bartlett, IL and taught at Northwest Academy Alternative School in Addison, IL for three years before moving to Oswego in 2005.  I enjoy being @ Oswego East and getting the chance to help build and maintain a program that will be around for years to come.

Family LIfe

My wife Tracy and I moved to the Oswego area in 2005.  We were married in Cabo San Lucas Mexico in 2007 and had twin boys in 2008.

Activities

I grew up in Peru, IL and still go back to spend time with family.

In my free time I enjoy fishing, boating, doing projects around the house, and spending time outdoors.  I enjoy concerts and sporting events...especially Wrigley Field.   I am a huge, lifelong, Cubs fan who is passionate about seeing them win the big one some day!
