Mrs. Ann Marie Morales-SimmonsMy name is Ann Marie Simmons and I am a second grade teacher at Lakewood Creek Elementary.
I grew up in Aurora, IL and spent many of my summer in Mexico with my grandparents. In 1996 I received my Bachelors degree in Biology from Aurora University. After working in the medical field for 7 years I returned to school and received my elementary teaching certificate from Aurora University.
I was married over Thanksgiving weekend 2007. I was fortunate enough to be able to wear my grandmothers wedding dress.
Before coming to Lakewood Creek I was a Technology Instructor in the East Aurora School District. This is my fourth year at Lakewood Creek Elementary.
