My name is Mrs. Abby Naegele. This will be my 5th year teaching at Lakewood Creek. I started my teaching career teaching Kindergarten for 2 years. This will be my 3rd year teaching First Grade. I have greatly enjoyed my time so far here at Lakewood Creek and I am looking forward to working with you and your child this school year.
I received my Bachelor`s Degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University. I then went on to receive my Master`s Degree in Reading from Olivet Nazarene University in 2009.
I grew up in Aurora, Illinois with my parents and two older brothers. I now live in Shorewood, IL with my husband Greg. We have been married for 2 years and are hoping to move closer to Aurora again very soon.
My mother is a Kindergarten teacher and has instilled the love of teaching in me. Teaching is truly my passion.
