Gina Parks Third Grade Long Beach Elementary Room 125 630-636-3327   Teaching Background:  This is my 11th year teaching in the Oswego School District.  At Long Beach I have taught first grade for 9 years and this is my second year teaching third grade.   Education:  I graduated from Western Illinois University in 1994 with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and an area of concentration in Language Arts.  I completed my Masters Degree in Education in 1998.  I have continued to further my education through graduate level courses during my past ten years.   Personal:  I grew up in Dixon, Illinois.  After graduating from Western Illinois University, I moved to Aurora, Illinois to begin my teaching career.  In 2002, I met my husband Adam.  We were married in 2004.  We now have two little baby girls.  Maddie is two and Addison is six months old.  We also have two yellow labs named Jake and Hunter.  As a family we enjoy spending time together traveling around the world, especially the Caribbean.  We love the sun!
