Background:
This is my fifth year of teaching. Although I graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1989, I chose to stay home with my children until they were in school all day. Teaching is my passion and I truly enjoy every minute of it! This will be my fourth year of teaching 5th grade. I did teach 1st grade for one year, and am very excited to have many of my former students in my class this year. I am looking forward to a wonderful year with your children.
Personal Information:
My husband, Scott, and I have been married for 19 years. We have three children. Brittney is 17 and is a senior in high school. Brett is 12 and is in 7th grade at Thompson Jr. High School. Jordan is 8 and he is in Mrs. Pergler`s third grade class here at Long Beach. We spend a lot of time together playing board games and watching Disney movies. Just in case your children haven`t told you, I am a huge Disney fan!!
