I really enjoy teaching at Long Beach.  The staff and students work as a team and make it a pleasure o teach here.  It is a great experience working at Long Beach.    Personal: I am married to Dawn Gerry, who teaches Kindergarten at Lakewood Creek Elementary School. We have two grown children. Carolyn is a 1st grade teacher and Josh is a police officer.   Education:  I grew up in Oswego. I received my Bachelor`s degree from Western Illinois University and my Master`s degree from Aurora University.  I have also taken additional numerous classes over the years.
