Welcome to Mrs. Manuel`s Kindergarten
My name is Mrs. Amy Manuel, and I am very excited to be your child`s kindergarter teacher this school year. I am looking forward to a great year with your child. I have a family of my own which includes two beautiful daughters. Madison is 9 years old and Mikayla is 7 years old. I received my Bachelors in Education degree from Northern Illinois University, and I completed my Masters in Education in January of 2007. This will be my 14th year teaching kindergarten in Oswego School District 308.
My mission as an educator is to provide for my students a safe environment conductive of learning. I will treat all the students with respect. I will guide the students to work to their full potential at all times. I want to instill in my students the love of learning that carries beyond the classroom. I will help my students to develop a positive image of themselves as life long learners.
