Welcome to the wonderful world of elementary art! I am Lakewood Creek`s art teacher for first through fourth grade. I am very excited to be back for my second year at Lakewood Creek Elementary.
I got my Bachelor of Art degree from Oklahoma State University in Art History and Studio Art. After working outside of education for a few years I decided to go back and get my Master`s degree in Education. I also hold a Master of Arts degree in Teaching and Learning-Elementary Education from DePaul University.
My husband Jeff and I live in Aurora with our three dogs Gretchen, Cody and Cooper. We are anxiously awaiting our first child, who is joining our family in March 2007. In my spare time I love to read and most weekends you can find me at home relaxing or out shopping.
