     My name is Claudia Molina, and I am a teacher in the Bilingual program. This year I will be working with new students in the program, and 6th and 8th grade math and social studies. I am looking foward  to work with you to support your child academic and social success 

throughout the school year.

WHAT SUPPLIES ARE NEEDED FOR THIS CLASS  

      

          Pencils, pens (black or blue), red pen, and color pencils.

         1 yellow, blue, and pink highlighter§        

         1 Box Kleenex

         1 box of reclosable ziplock bags (quart size)

         2 Glue sticks,

         1 Pair of scissors

         1 plastic ruler (inches and metric)

         2 double-pocket folders

         1 – 100 ct. 3x5 ruled index cards-lined

 

 

 Classroom Expectations                            

         Be responsible.

         Be respectful to yourself and others                                                

         Be prepared, on time and ready to learn.

 

 

CLASSROOM RULES:

         Be always on time and prepared: at the beginning of the each period check the dry erase board in front of the classroom for instructions, and the board outside the classroom door for supplies needed.

         Raise your hand and wait to be acknowledged every time you would like to contribute to class discussions.

         Students are responsible: to take daily notes (binders will be checked every 2 – 3 weeks and a grade will be issued), to make up all missing assignments due to absences.

         Students will communicate with proper language: Absolutely NO profanity or slurs.

         Students will be dismissed by the teacher and not by the bell.
